Sales Assistant Women's Department (32/40 hours)

For our women's department at the Plaats, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales assistant to join our team.

What will you be doing?
As a sales assistant, you are the face of the women's department. You ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives a personal service experience that fits the high-end segment in which we operate. In addition to advising customers on our luxury collections:

You ensure a perfect presentation of the women's department.
You support daily operations such as replenishing and styling the collection.
You work closely with colleagues to offer customers a complete shopping experience.

For our women's department, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced sales assistant for 32 to 40 hours per week.

What will you be doing?
As a sales assistant, you are the face of our women's department. You welcome customers, advise them at a high level, and provide a personal service that fits the luxury segment in which we operate. You help customers assemble complete looks and, with your sense of style, know exactly what suits someone. In addition, together with the team, you ensure a well-maintained presentation of the collection and an inspiring shopping experience.

What do you bring?
You have experience in retail, preferably within the higher segment. You have an affinity with luxury women's fashion and follow trends closely. You are presentable, have strong communication skills, and are service-oriented. Flexibility in working days, including weekends, is a matter of course for you.
