Your points = store credit

20 points = €1. If you have 1,000 points, you have €50 store credit to spend in both stores and online.

Member Club and store credit

What is the Boston Trader Member Club?

The Boston Trader Member Club is our free loyalty program. With every purchase, in-store or online, you save 5% store credit. In addition, you receive exclusive invitations, a birthday gift, and early access to new collections.

What are my points worth?

Your points are store credit in euros: 20 points = €1.

For example, if you have 1,000 points, you have €50 store credit to spend in both stores and online.

How do I save store credit?

With every purchase: 1 point per euro spent, which equals 5% store credit.
Upon registration: 500 points (€25).
On your birthday: 200 points (€10). Ensure your date of birth is in your account.
When you refer a friend: your friend receives a €10 discount on their first purchase, and you receive a €10 discount as soon as your friend makes a purchase.

How do I spend my store credit?

From 100 points, you can convert your points into a voucher: 100 points = €5, 150 points = €7.50, 250 points = €12.50, and 600 points = €30.

In-store: mention your email address at checkout. Our staff will see your balance and deduct the credit directly from your purchase.
Online: log in to your account, open the Member Club via the icon at the bottom right of the website, and convert your points into a discount code for your order.

On which items can I use my store credit?

Your store credit can be redeemed on the regular collection.
You cannot redeem credit on sale items: not in stores, not online, and not in the outlet at Plaats 20.
Store credit is not exchangeable for cash.

Can I use my credit in both stores and online?

Yes. Your balance is linked to your email address and applies in our stores at Plaats 3 and Plaats 20 as well as in the webshop, on the regular collection.

Where can I see how much credit I have?

Log in to your account and open the Member Club via the icon at the bottom right of the website. You will see your point balance there; 20 points equals €1 store credit. In-store, our staff will be happy to look up your balance for you.

How long does my store credit remain valid?

Your credit remains valid for 12 months after being awarded. You will automatically receive an email reminder before it expires.

What happens to my credit if I return something?

The credit you received for that purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance. This ensures your balance always matches your purchases.

How do I become a member?

Membership is free. Create an account on our website or sign up with one of our staff members in the store. More about the Member Club
