This Stone Island down vest is crafted from lightweight stretch nylon with an innovative seamless construction. Through a special weaving technique, the down compartments are formed directly during the weaving process. This Seamless Tunnel construction ensures better down retention while giving the vest a sleek, technical look.

After construction, the vest is directly filled with high-quality down specially treated to withstand the garment-dyeing process. The finished garment is then dyed and treated with an anti-drop agent. The material consists of 86% recycled nylon and the down filling is RDS-certified.
