Material description

The vest is crafted from Seamless Tunnel Nylon Down-TC, a lightweight nylon quality where the down channels are woven directly into the fabric. This eliminates the need for traditional stitching for the horizontal down chambers, resulting in a sleek, uniform finish.

After production, the garment is dyed using Stone Island's garment-dyeing process. The down insulation provides a high level of warmth without the vest feeling heavy. A special anti-drop treatment also gives the outer material water-repellent properties.
